  • FOR BEST RESULTS: Taylor advises to weigh at the same time, in the same place, in similar clothing and make sure the scale is on a flat, hard surface. Removed shoes and socks for body composition measurements. Use this scale consistently and track the changes over time. Weight and body composition can fluctuate throughout the day so the weight in the morning may not be the same as later in the day, at the gym, at your doctor's office, etc. Body composition can be affected by exercise so it is best to take measurements prior to exercise.
